By accessing or using the Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website.
1.1 Hotel Inventory Distribution
YesBooked is a hotel inventory distribution network. We contract NET rates and availability (“Inventory”) directly from hotels, villas, and accommodation providers (“Accommodation Partners”) and distribute this Inventory to our network of B2B travel partners (“Distribution Partners”), including:
Bedbanks
Travel agencies
OTAs
Tour operators
Regional and global distribution platforms
YesBooked adds a markup to the NET rates provided by Accommodation Partners. This markup represents our revenue model.
1.2 No Direct Sales to Travelers
YesBooked does not sell directly to end travelers. All reservations generated through our Distribution Partners are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the respective partner.
Accommodation Partners provide YesBooked with NET rates, availability, and conditions. YesBooked may apply a margin or markup when distributing these rates to Distribution Partners.
Accommodation Partners receive their NET rate payments according to the payment schedule defined in their contract with YesBooked.
YesBooked is responsible only for paying the contracted NET amounts.
Accommodation Partners must ensure accurate, up-to-date NET rates and conditions. YesBooked is not liable for errors caused by incorrect or outdated information supplied by Accommodation Partners.
Distribution Partners sell accommodations to their clients under their own commercial terms. YesBooked does not control or manage their pricing, policies, or customer service processes.
YesBooked is not responsible for the guest’s travel experience, fulfillment, service quality, or any issues that arise during stay. These responsibilities rest with the Accommodation Partner and/or the Distribution Partner.
Accommodation Partners are paid the NET rate as agreed in their contract with YesBooked, following the specified payment timeline.
YesBooked earns revenue by applying a markup to NET rates when distributing inventory to its partners.
The markup amount and final selling price are determined solely by YesBooked and/or Distribution Partners.
Cancellation policies follow the terms provided by the Accommodation Partner and are passed through to Distribution Partners.
YesBooked is not responsible for:
Refund delays
Cancellations made by travelers
Penalties determined by Accommodation Partners
Refunds and charges will follow the Accommodation Partner’s contracted conditions.
YesBooked is not liable for:
Guest complaints
Overbookings caused by Accommodation Partners
Service quality
Misconduct or negligence of any Distribution Partner or Accommodation Partner
While we aim to keep our Website operational, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Technical issues may occur.
The Website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
6.1 Accurate Information
Accommodation Partners and Distribution Partners must provide accurate, current, and complete information at all times.
All parties must comply with applicable laws and use the Website and services legally and responsibly.
All content, designs, trademarks, and intellectual property on YesBooked.com belong to YesBooked or are licensed for use.
Users may access the Website for non-commercial use only.
YesBooked may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Website. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance.
YesBooked may suspend or terminate access to the Website or services at its discretion.
These Terms are governed by Greek law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
